Year end and New Year have come and passed, everyone is posting their wishes, new year resolutions and intentions set, and…

…it’s all good and well, but you totally don’t feel like it? You know what? That’s fine!

And that is what the Spring Cleanup Flow is all about.

As magical as new beginnings are, you are not required to make big announcements and quantum leaps in changing your habits and life just because everyone seems to be doing so.

That, however, does not mean that you have to give up on targeting your focus and getting a fresh perspective either.

If you are:

  • tired of big new year resolutions that never seem to work out

  • fed up with all the big bang announcements flying around online

  • looking to start the new year as quietly and peacefully as possible

…it resonates with me deeply.

All of the reasons above have lead me to pulling together a different approach for myself, and that is what I will share with you.

Instead of triggering dramatic decisions and false promises, it will help you:

  • walk through different major pillars of your life one by one

  • audit the habits, systems and approaches you have in place with fresh perspective

  • declutter what does not serve you anymore instead of just piling more up

  • get clarity on what YOU will want to focus on in the coming weeks and months

  • find your own personal intentions and areas of focus for the year to come

How does it work?

Starting on Jan 11th, you will receive seven daily emails with step by step guidance on how to audit and declutter your life. This will give you framework to work through on your own, at a pace that works for you. While the Spring Cleanup Flow does not offer any live calls or group Q&As, in case of any questions, you can always reach out via email.

Important to note..

THIS IS NOT A CHALLENGE. The last thing this should give you is anxiety about performing to a certain imagined level you believe is expected. Relax your shoulders and breathe out. Have a read through, take what makes sense, and implement it in a way you can benefit from. Despite the current timing, you can apply this whenever it suits you. You can come back to these resources anytime you feel a mental declutter like this would be helpful.
